As I mentioned in previous post in the past, LCA is legit. I wasn’t sold on Boley last season cause IMO he’s was way too hyped up. I like the QB now, scrappy and tough. Their running game is stout and their huge linemen. Can they beat Owensboro Cath, not sure. Another long trip for the Eagles.

Wow, Mayfield made some positive steps during the season, but they were not ready for tonight.
Congrats to LCA.
I'm sure Mayfield is already figuring out what to do next year.

Tuff way to end the season, but you can fact check me, I’ve said all year that Mayfield’s CEILING, was to reach the semifinals, and their season would end there. They fell 1 game short of that. This team was just 2 young, and losing 2 starters on defense hurt them bad. LCA was even better than I expected. Congratulations to them. SIDENOTE: I thought it was a lack of class, with a 40-7 lead with under 5 minutes to go, and LCA is still playing their starters, JMO

Definitely not the outcome we wanted nor expected. However we made great strides after the 1-2 start. There’s a lot to build off of from this season. Congratulations to LCA. Winning at War Memorial is hard enough. To win by 40 is very impressive.
