Martin County ran the opening kickoff back and scored to end the half on an undisciplined drive for Perry Central with 45 yards of penalties.
The score was 31-14 at the half and the second half was pretty sloppy and Perry ran a ton of different kids on defense. Combs went down in the second quarter and had to be carted off the field. He came back with the team after the halftime break but didn’t enter the game again. May have tweaked his ankle.
I expect a long discussion thread just like we’ve had all year long on Perry Central games! I’m sure last week’s Shelby Valley thread was just a fluke. Perry was predicted to lose this according to the prediction thread.

Perry is playing really good football. Hazard giving Corbin a good game, makes things look even better for Perry especially it being a home game. Combs and Gibson are as good as any backs in the mountains. Hope this is Perry’s year to win the district. Anything’s possible.

Looks like 9 people in the prediction thread don't know ball. The score of this game could've been much worse, Perry outmatched the Cards at every position.

Perry def has a great ine of scrimmage and 2 really good rb's..
If you can't match up to that it's gonna be a long night
