Longtime assistant and defensive coordinator Cliff Drew was named the new head coach at Mayfield. That did not take long they knew what and who they wanted and got it done. Best of luck coach you have huge shoes to fill!

The right guy, in the right spot. Mayfield did this the right way. Sure he will change things up a little because I’m sure he has his own ideas on how things should be, but he has been there with Morris for over a decade. He knows how to win and his defense has been a big reason that Mayfield does that on the regular. Congrats to the Mayfield athletic department for doing this the right way.
