Final from the Appalachian Wireless Arena. They will take on the Johnson Cent./Floyd Cent. winner tomorrow night for 15th region championship.

Pikeville played about as bad as you could the first quarter. Their effort was terrible and it was so bad that Orem took the whole starting 5 out and put a whole next 5 and played probably 6 minutes with that group. But Pikeville got it together about half way through the 2nd and it was over with.
