Actually came back and took the lead at 59-58, but couldn't hold on. Now for them to regroup and see if they can win the first four game Thursday night.

Parsley lost them the ball game with his technical his team was never the same after that. Yall may be watchin different game then me but you guys keep saying Mike has lost his team it seems like Parsley’s team don’t like the man.Mike and Parsley changes spots Mike wins District easily LC had that one player that played great but they mad life to easy for him Prestonsburg outside 3 guys plays 0 defense. I put that on there Coach. Mike had us in it to the very end, we couldn’t stop there 2 guards I will bet anything Mike will make it to Pikeville, he mad all the right moves but we just come up short. Tell me I’m wrong . I feel comfortable we get 1 from each school spoke to one parent tonight. both play down low as for other I can’t promise but promise Mike isn’t going anywhere. After being down by as many as 24, it was good to see Prestonsburg bounce back and take the lead. The 3rd quarter may be the best quarter of basketball they’ve played all season. Unfortunately a questionable charge call after we’d taken the lead gave our big man 4 fouls followed by an ill-timed technical by the same official squashed the HUGE run Prestonsburg was on and ended our hopes.

Prestonsburg has shown instances throughout the year where if they give it their all, they can compete with anyone. However, as we’ve seen in the 2nd half of the season, they look like they’re just going through the motions until the season ends.
