Final from Station. The Defenders had a huge comeback the last 3 minutes of the game they trailed by 10 at 62-52 with just over 3 minutes left to play and outscored the Broncos 15-2 to close out the game.

Came here to post about this one. Nice win for Station. Champ has had some really good teams that didn't make it to Rupp. That probably changes in the next couple of years, if not sooner. The mental edge of getting two in a row against Douglass is probably huge for them.
Station still has some things that make them hard to like in a one-and-done tournament setting (and they have a rough history against Lexington Catholic), but they are looking more and more capable.

Yes especially after their shocking loss Wednesday vs. Scott Co. and being down 10 with 3 to play they could have just packed it in. It was a good win for them and a bad loss for Douglass.

Both seem like the kind of teams that are prone to having their nights. I've seen each enough at this point to get a decent enough gauge on them, but what I've taken from it is that they y are both just all over the board.
Think that the first Station game I'd watched this year was the Bath County one. They ended up winning by a lot, but I didn't think they looked great early.
Station just seems to be a bit out of control and still slightly inexperienced whereas Douglass seems more like they have some things that they need to figure out.
Think that Great Crossing is #1 and Lexington Catholic is probably #2 in the 11th right now, and it wouldn't shock me to see any of those four beat one another, but I have a harder time seeing Bryan Station and Frederick Douglass stringing a run of two to three really good games together. Don't think Lexington Catholic has the ceiling that any of the others have, but they are probably going to be the most consistent on a night to night basis.
Catholic has a really strong record, but their schedule is a little down from what you'd normally see. If you look at them historically, you can usually tell what they think they have coming into the year based on how they've scheduled.

I agree 100% with what you posted I think it is those 4 and it is Great Crossing's to lose and Catholic then Station and Douglass. The thing is that with Douglass and Station they come out flat or not ready to play in the district and they could lose to Clay or Scott Co.
