To be fair, I think that these poll results are a bit misleading. 66 percent of Democrats polled who said they have been keeping up with the case want Hillary investigated. I think most Democrats are willfully ignorant of Democrat scandals, so 66 percent of informed Democrats has to be a miniscule number.
Quote:Most Democrats want Hillary Clinton investigated for any role in Russiagate scandal: poll
A surprisingly large share of Democrats wants to see Hillary Clinton investigated over her possible role in manufacturing dirt to try to tie Donald Trump to the Kremlin, a new poll shows.
The survey, conducted by TechnoMetrica Institute of Policy and Politics in New Jersey last month, polled 1,308 Americans about the mushrooming investigation by Special Counsel John Durham into the FBI’s probe of Trump’s alleged links to Russia during the 2016 presidential campaign.
Nearly three out of four of those polled who are following the story said they think it’s important prosecutors investigate Clinton for her role in the Russiagate scandal along with her top campaign advisers.
That includes two-thirds — or 66 percent — of the Democrats polled who said they have been keeping up with the case.
That’s up 20 points from this past October, when TIPP asked the same question of a national panel, and indicates the Durham probe may be turning Democratic opinion regarding Clinton and the controversy.
Meanwhile, 91 percent of Republicans in the same group and 65 percent of Independents also called for Clinton to specifically be investigated.
Durham has already charged Clinton campaign subcontractor Igor Danchenko for allegedly lying about the sourcing behind the debunked so-called Steele dossier he helped compile, which attempted to frame Trump as a Kremlin agent.
Danchenko, a former Brookings Institution analyst, completely fabricated the source for the dossier’s most explosive allegations, according to the indictment. It turns out he also allegedly used a Clinton campaign adviser as another key source for other dirt he gathered. Danchenko was arrested in October and has pleaded not guilty.
Michael Sussmann, the former law partner of Clinton campaign general counsel Mark Elias, was indicted in September for allegedly lying about his work for the Clinton campaign on a scheme linking Trump to a Russian bank. Sussmann has pleaded not guilty.
As part of the probe involving Sussmann, Durham said in a legal filing Friday that he discovered Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign paid a Web firm to “infiltrate’’ servers at Trump Towers and the White House to try to tie Trump to Russia.

LOL. Hoot you have a gift for satire. Frankly I initially misread the highlighted line of your post, I thought you had said miserable instead of minuscule. Either way the state of the Democrat Party is still sadly hilarious. Every morning when I walk out the door I wonder how many more mornings I will be able to live through a normal day.
The White House is warning us of skyrocketing gasoline prices and Jen Psaki tells us that high energy costs are the price of freedom. Now I agree no Democrat constituent seemingly, can remember past yesterday. That or it really is true that they get up to a new world every day. But I have no problem remembering the benefits of the Trump energy policy. $1.86 a gallon gasoline, and according to CNN, natural gas is presently 99% higher year over year. New cars and especially pick ups, are basically unavailable. Health care is largely unrecognizable. And I can tell you that the diversity of goods available to consumers though much higher in cost, have fallen off a cliff. Psaki lies when the government steps on the energy industry and then tries to act like it's Putin's fault. THEY, the Democrats, caused every bit of this misery and they did it in the name of their war on something that doesn't even exist. Climate change.
One has to wonder when war really does come, if they will just try to act like it isn't real until some comrade Ivan walks up to them and lays an AK-47 on the bridge of their noses.
But where Dem constituents are in a willful state of perpetual brain fog their leaders are not. And not that they would need to do a lot more to accomplish what follows, but they will run this country into the ditch or know why.

The day of reckoning for the Democrat Party is quickly approaching. The GOP should enjoy electoral victories this fall of historic proportions. Unfortunately, that will not be enough to prevent the continued decline of this country with the vacuum of leadership in the White House. Biden and Harris have put themselves into a desperate situation that is only going to get worse. With crude oil and natural gas prices soaring and Russia raking in windfall profits, the question that comes to my mind is: "Is the Big Guy getting his cut?" What else could explain Biden's bizarre fanning the flames of a potential war in Ukraine?

In the past week I have heard everybody from Spectrum News, (don't get me wrong, my cable TV service automatically resets my dvr box to come on the Spectrum News channel when I turn on my set) such causes me to be subjected to a few seconds of low IQ propaganda each time I choose to watch TV. So the aforementioned announcement from the parrots at Spectrum, all the way up to officials of the Biden administration was made that Putin's troops were in the process of withdrawing from the Unkranian border for a few days. Today it's shots fired.
As far as facing reality goes IMHO, the American culture could conceivably be divided into two groups. Those who actually do have real world experience, and those who do not. (AOC is the perfect poster child to represent those who have no world experience.) Epically naive, the AOC's of this country war continually against those of the first group who steadfastly and with patience try to warn them as to what's coming. Of course the know-nots blow off every word of those warnings. But saying that just to point out, the left can just as easily blow off the possible fallout of this latest Ukrainian conflict, as they can the inadequacies of the present administration; all while denying the incredible successes of the Trump Administration. In short La-La Land has come to DC and the reality du-jour is whatever the La-La's want it it to be.
To wit; the Dems were all advising their constituents to not take any sort of vaccine that Trump had anything to do with. But when the vaccine became available Biden and AOC were among the very first to get their shots. Now fast forward to this day and the unvaxxed citizenry of this land are being harangued, canceled, sent home from school, threatened, fired from their place of work, and generally badgered to mask up and get vaxxed on the intercoms of everybody from Lowes to Krogers to your favorite radio station. LOL, to that extent the White House Briefing Room has become a science-free zone.
