Hawks had a 40-23 edge in the third quarter and the home Bulldogs came storming back behind full court pressure and converting turnovers to win 63-61.
LC improved to 4-0 and PCC dropped to 0-3.
The Hawks and Bulldogs should both get much better. Du Toit is willowy and can score in bunches and Logdon is quick. Stewart figures to only get better. Long and talented.
Dawgs had a horrendous first 2.5 quarters or they likely would’ve won by more. Missed bunnies, FTs, unforced turnovers galore.
