John Cena injured/stripped of title....new match for upcoming Pay-Per-View

On last night's Raw, John Cena suffered a torn pectoral muscle. The doctor's refuse to clear him to wrestle at this Sunday's upcoming No Mercy PPV.
He is likely to be out for at least 6-8 months.

Cena has been stripped of the WWE Championship but there will be a title match at Sunday's PPV. No word as to who will wrestle in this event. I assume it will be Randy Orton v. (fill in the blank).

This is shocking news, I am actually glad that he finally loses the title but under the circumstances I hope he gets to a full recovery. For the new match, it is untelling who they will get.

I aint glad he's injured or anything, I'm just tired of his act and character, it's gotten old. I would like to see Orton face Snitsky, lol.

There are several people that are glad he's gone. I'm not happy that he's injured, but he was getting very old and supposedly, the WWE was starting to play fake "cheer" tracks over the speakers and on tv to make him look like he was a face.

Still no word on who will compete for the title. I doubt it will be Snitsky because he's very new and just coming off a suspension.

I think it will probably be Orton v. Mr. Kennedy.

BCFan, its not a fake, he really injured himself. The whole counting thing was part of the match they were supposed to have which was a last man standing match, it goes with the storyline. I myself could care less that he is injured, I got tired of John Cena's character along time ago. It was boring and was carried on for too long, kinda reminded me of when Hogan was champion for so long and did the vitamins and prayers bullcrap for so long. Vince has a habit of overdoing certain characters personas and this was just one example. Another would be the King Booker bullcrap, which was or is so annoying. But anyway, anyone could see that he truly did injure himself, and it was his own doing, it wasnt Kennedy or Orton.
