Cooper for Harlan County seems to be a solid pitcher to watch in the 13th region. The kid is only a sophomore and recorded an 18 K game in their first district game.

Better watch out for those Tigers........They split with north and beat Corbin twice.  Run ruled them earlier this week.  They won't be an easy out come region time.
