The 16th region is looking wide open this year.  Boyd county Beats West Carter 3 sets to 1, Russell beat Boyd County 3 sets to 1. West Carter beat Russell 3 sets to 0, Russell beat Ashland 3 sets to 0 and West beat Ashland 3 sets to  2. Rowan County lost 3 sets  to 0 to Boyd County. One thing for sure you had better bring your A game every game or you could get upset in region 16.
