Sheppard is trying every way in the World to take over the 49th District and 13th Region but the Tigers don’t want to give over control just yet. He single handedly kept North in the game and nearly won it. Clay was about a basket or two from blowing it open and the Jaguars came back. About as good of a high school basketball game as you’ll see. Clay made a HUGE run in the 1st Half, packed house, not a ton of fouls it seemed, best players making plays, etc. The Tigers got a lot out of Robinson considering he seemingly hurt his ankle early on; that’ll be one of the storylines in the next couple of days.

GREAT basketball game! Both teams fought like champions. Congratulations to the Tigers on getting it done. A 9th grader, Shepherd, blocked two shots and saved them both back to a teammate as he was in the air out of bounds. WOW.....Phenomenal athletic ability and basketball IQ from that young man! The 13th region tournament will be EPIC!

I swear man NL is cursed if they can win with the coach and all the stud players they have it has to be a curse smh!
