Anyone have some thoughts on this game? I watched Wolfe scrimmage against Elliot last week and seems they have a lot of work to do. I’ve not seen Estill in action.

Estill has most of their team back from last year, led by 6’2 senior guard Benton. He seems to have been around forever but he’s been starting since his freshman season and was a starter on their state tournament team his sophomore year.

I guess it's time for momentum to shift to basketball. I know that people have said Wolfe is loaded and a top 4-5 team in the region. I know that Estill returned most of their team from a season ago. Guess we will find out where these two teams stand. Although, I would not read much into the outcome of this game either way as we have 3 long months of basketball to be played and teams will look very different come late February. As always, Go Estill!

I was really impressed with Estill Counties grit. I think they’ll have a great season.
