I agree with that 100%....They are going to miss the easy W.....But then again, it was ASH-land that decided not to continue the series..Heck they even backed out of what could have been a great series with WR Castle Elementary to dumb down the schedule.

I'm sure you guys are really going to miss Eagle Field though...Usually meant a couple of weeks off from practice for "the boys" to heal up.

As for this game, it looks like Knox is a passing team who returns their QB along with their leading rusher. Ashland appears to have some weaknesses in the secondary in their scrimmages, so this one could be another game like the Harlan County game 2 years ago...long bus ride for a loss to start the season. Maybe this year's Ashland team has something different with all the senior leadership along the line and with Hester. We will see.
