Boys basketball- Shelby Valley vs. Pikeville (All 59th District Final)
Baseball- Lawrence Co. vs. Johnson Central (All 57th District Final)
Softball- Shelby Valley vs. East Ridge (All 59th District Final)

I was actually thinking the same thing earlier today about how many regional championships this season were rematches of district finals. It's kind of cool really.

How many of those games, if any were taken by the lower seed, the one that lost in the District actually came back and won the Regional?

Not always, I know East Ridge lost the District Softball, won Regional, Pikeville Lost District and Lost Regional Boys Basketball.
