-40 Second play clock
-Horse Collar now up around name plate of jersey
-Tripping is now a personal foul
-Penalty for Illegal kicking/batting changed from 15 yards to 10 yards
-States have the option of adding the instant replay.

Plus several other rules.

The championship game is probably the only realistic option to do replay. And even then, I've seen the broadcast of the games, and it's not great. They'd be working with limited angles.

If you can't do it to the fullest, just don't try.

The 40 Second clock is going to get some teams early in the season, they will adjust though.
