#1
who's the best underclas pitchers in th 15th?
#2
Austin Lyons and Seth Rice @ Paintsville. Both Frosh. Great future.
#3
Little from AC in by far best underclass pitcher
#4
Shepherd @ LC-without question/8th grader
#5
Timmy Lovern from Belfry is a freshman going to be o a good pitcher among other things he will be able to do. He will be limited til the Juniors graduate from Belfry. Five quality pitchers as juniors sure hope they all keep developing.
#6
JC has some good ones. Mike Conley is a soph., Jeremy Stacey is a frosh., Cody Parker is an 8th grader.
#7
Cody Varney from Valley..he is only a freshman

I agree the best in the region by far. He is a born pitcher.
#9
And a TRUE 14 year old 8th grader!! Never has been held back!!

I believe freshman Nick Vance for Johnson Central had 3 varsity wins last year(as 8th grader), and has 3 varsity wins, no losses, 1 save this year.

Great but the topic of this thread is "top underclassman pitchers in the 15th".

Shepherd posted nice stats last year for LC's varsity as a 7th grader and is doing the same this year as a starter.

Add another win for JC's freshman Nick Vance. He (with the help of a strong defense to back him up) looked pretty impressive picking up his 4th win with a 2-1 victory over Lawrence Co. last night. He pitched all 7 innings, struggled some through the middle innings, but looked strong the last 2 or 3. With a record of 4 wins, 1 save, 0 losses, as a freshman, he shows lots of potential.
