Congrats Patriots! Coach Crutchfield is a good dude, and having had his brother on our staff I cannot help but cheer for Lincoln to rise back up in 5A and start competing again. This is a great start to a new staff.

Yulee for Mercer ran for more yards than Lincoln combined. Lincoln had 39 rushes for 166 yds. Yulee for mercer had 12 rushes for 196 yds. Total yards Mercer 387 and Lincoln had 268 yds. Mercer has out gained 3 of the 4 teams they have been beat by. Mercer lost 4 fumbles and had a kickoff ran back for a touchdown. Special teams have really hurt Mercer all year. The score is the score and all of these areas are very important parts of the game. That being said Mercer was more talented just have to clean up the turnovers and special teams.
