Runyon finally gets his chance

It may have been a long time coming, but Paintsville coach Bill Mike Runyon will get his shot to coach in the Kentucky-Indiana All-Star Classic this summer.

I thought this was going to be about the Turkey he has been after for years!!! So elusive to him he nicknamed it Shelby Valley!!! He finally got that bird yesterday!!! LOL

6' lean muscular build, short dark hair and doesn't look like he has been coaching for 30 years.

He will be next season, the assistants are the head coaches the following year!

Sounds good JR...Runyon deserved this honor years ago. Speaking of getting a chance, when are you gonna pursue a head coaching job?? I keep hearing Ratliff is the next coach at Paintsville. Will you stay there or go elswhere to be a head coach??

Not quite sure, I have a good 3 ring binder prepared for the occasion though!!!
