Who does the 07 season look downhill for? uphill? as in loses in players, coaches, students. anything?

i know uphill is for valley. young team to win 15th region. many more coming.

Allen Central would have to be uphill and downhill. They lost Collins, Slone, Martin, Joseph and Robinson. All Seniors who provided well and showed leadership throughout the season. The uphill is that they get back Alex Hammonds to lead the troops and Josh Prater should improve drasticly, they also have a pretty stout JV coming up. Thats the uphills and downhills for AC.

Paintsville will win the region next year....Shelby Valley will be the number one team through the whole season. Belfry will be demolished all season. Pikeville will be good and a great contender. Phelps will be very good and will win the district. Allen Central folds, and the only team i see that could really do anything would be johnson central and that is because they will actually have a team effort now tha McCarty is gone.
