Comcast Circling 21st Century Fox
#1
"Reuters first reported Monday night that Comcast has lined up $60 billion in financing to make an all-cash offer for the film and entertainment assets 21st Century Fox already agreed to sell Disney for $52 billion in an all-stock sale. Comcast originally bid about $64 billion in all-stock for those assets during negotiations, but Fox chose Disney's lower offer citing the regulatory roadblocks it might face in a deal with Comcast."

To make an overall observation of the understated variety; Comcast already has it's tentacles wrapped around much of the social media and entertainment industries. But since the left has so far been unsuccessful in trashing or quashing FOX News into ruin, how much might they be willing to spend to just buy the parent company outright? Say 60 Billion or so? I guarantee you one thing, if liberal minded men of wealth are successful in buying their number one publicity/anti-propagandist nemesis, you can kiss the last mainstream TV network source of objective news reporting, goodbye.
