Kassi Wofford of Ludlow was named today as the Co-Player of the Year in the Northern Ky Athletic Conference (NKAC) Div III. Kassi has played varsity basketball since her 8th grade year at Ludlow and the hustle and desire that she has exhibited thru out her career has been outstanding. Kassi has always been the ultimate team player as shown in the number of assists and steals she has accumulated over her exceptional career.
I have watched this young lady play since she was about a 4th grader and I don't believe I have seen anyone enjoy playing as much as this outstanding young lady. Always a smile on that face of hers.
Kassi it has been a pleasure watching you and I hope to get to see you play at the next level. You sure won't be easy to replace and I'm not sure it will be the same at least for a while watching our beloved Panthers without you on the floor..
Good luck whatever you decide to do..BZ

She has had an outstanding career and has been the face of Lady Panther Basketball for at least the past 4 years. She has been a large reason that the Lady Panthers have gone from mediocrity to a Top 10 team in the 9th Region. She has set the bar high and it is now up to the girls coming in behind her to continue the success that Kassi has been able to establish.
