3A Playoffs Round 2 Floyd Central @ Louisville Central
#1
Floyd Central (8-3) will travel to Louisville Central (9-2). If the Jaguars don’t come out with their head on it could be a “oh my back” kinda night. I don’t think anyone thought they would be in this position and sitting at 8-3 when the season started.
Thoughts & Predictions? GO JAGS!

I hope Floyd Central pulls out a win.

Parking is not a problem. Just pull up on the street in front of the gate and park. Been there twice and did not have to walk maybe fifty yards. Nice and safe. Actually no one was around. You need to try the deep fried fish at the game if you are going. No problems getting in or out either. Good luck.

Sounds to me like just pull up to a redlight near the field shut ur car off and leave it there lmao
#8
Of course you want to park at a red light. If it was green then someone with no common sense would get run over.
#9
Good luck Floyd Central.

Uh oh I'm pulling for Floyd Central  I want make a prediction today

I would park as close to the stadium as I could. When Tilghman played there a few years ago, there were 2-3 cars parked on the street down the road that were broken in to and electronics stolen. Right around the stadium is fine and there is a strong police presence. Central's staff and fans were very gracious and hospitable. Maybe the neighborhood has improved since I was there last. It's a great atmosphere inside.

Yeah I was there last Friday.

Everyone else has been spot on, there is no parking at the stadium. But I don't think you'll have to walk a crazy amount of distance to get there.

Central's staff was very nice to us, not a lot of folks showed up either side.

Enjoy the sights Jaguar fans.

If I remember correctly the road to the entrance to the field is on a one way street. Therefore you can park on either side. It seemed to me that the Central fans did drive to the game. Very few cars were parked on the street.

How good of shape is there Field in

This one probably won’t end well for FC. That being said, it doesn’t diminish what the Jags have been able to accomplish in only their first season. If Coach Hager can get the help he needs in the community and can build a good youth program. This will be a team to watch out for!

Kinda rough lol.

They didn't have a play clock if I remember correctly, plus their scoreboard was malfunctioned and did not work the entire game.

it seems like all of the streets in Louisville are one way streets. :biglmao:

A Scroggins-less Central somehow seems less intimidating. Central is hard to beat at home but it can be done. Wayne Co. did it in 2013 and Lex. Catholic did it in 2015.

But I see Central winning this with their impressive defense 28-7

Their schedule got weaker outside of playing St.X.

Scroggins scheduled those boys against anyone..haha.

They've been beaten twice this season - both blowouts and only scoring 7 points in each one. It will be a tough one at their place and coupled with the 4 hour trip on a school bus don't help.

Central 35
Floyd Central 14
#23
Good luck Floyd I hope you guys go represent the mountains well
#24
I believe Floyd Central will pull this one out if they ride Dylan Caudill and let him do his thing.
#25
^wishful thinking .. but I hope you’re correct.
#26
It will be a great experience for the visitors. It always is @ Central.
#27
Central will win and win big.
#28
Pulling for Floyd central. Good luck
#29
This is a bad match up for Floyd Central. The Jaguars don't have the overall team speed to match up with Central, in my opinion. I hope I am wrong, but I don't see this game being close. Also, it doesn't help that Floyd Central struggles throwing the football. If you can't keep a team like Central off balance defensively, then it's going to be a long night. Central wins 48-14.
