Two strangers were caught in a sex act on a Delta Air Lines flight and could face felony charges, according to authorities.
The 48-year-old woman and 28-year-old man didnât know one another prior to boarding the flight from Los Angeles to Detroit, but made fast work of skipping niceties and shooting for membership of whatâs known as the âMile High Clubâ. Police told WDIV-Local 4 in Detroit that the woman was arrested on the airplane for performing oral sex on the man while they were in their seats. The womanâs final destination was Nashville, and the manâs Miami.
âThe act within itself is very inappropriate in a public space,â said a passenger on the flight to WDIV-Local 4.
âThere are children,â she added. âThere are families. There are seniors. These things should be respected.â
âIf people will go so far as to disrespect themselves and disrespect you, something should be done,â another traveler said.
FBI officials informed WDIV-Local 4 that the incident was still undergoing investigation. The man and woman could face charges of a misdemeanor or felony, and both were issued citations. The charges could come through as early as Tuesday, said FBI officials.

It really doesn't bother me as much that they did it, that's fine by me, its where they did it. I'm glad it wasn't me and my kids on that plane, I would have be a major MILE HIGH (0CK BLOCK!!!

It wasn't a player, it was a parent. lol He is a super nice guy that was very passionate about his son. We became great friends, and remain friends to this day.
I met HIS parents when we visited Belfry. I am slightly older than his mother. He didn't know that either!!
