The JBS Fallout
#1
Ok I have heard enough rumors of players talking about leaving and walkouts at practices. I want to know the truth. Has JBS had a falling out? And if so what are the main reasons. I've heard that the main reason is that the Stepps run the show.
#2
I dont know but it sure seems like it on the Court.
#3
It was probabily over not ever seeing the basketball.
#4
What a shame!! Another team that has a shot at RUPP being ruined by selfishness!!
#5
I hope they get their act together:Thumbs:
#6
Yes they have falling out. Why? Clark shoots the ball. Clark shoots the ball again. Clark shoots the ball once again. Conley has gotten screwed at JBS.
#7
Sad to hear... Seems like this happens to a team every year.
#8
I have heard that Clark and Clint are now averaging 20 or more ppg, and are shooting their arm off even more than before. What little team ball JBS did play has gone down the drain with the rest of the team barely breaking double digits in ppg. Is this due to the coaching or due to the lack of good playing by the others team or selfishness or have they had a falling out?? Noone knows, but it is not good for JBS.

Didnt Conley quit last week but came back?

Conley didn't quit. Conley is not a quitter. He is playing with his team. Lets play team ball for all the hard work that EVERYONE has put into this year. Let the players play in their position. For one time think of somebody beside yourselves and let the boys have a good game.

What do you expect? Clark Stepp is good. Usually the PG does run the show. Let me guess hes a ball hog? hmm.... I'll let a ball hog that shoots over 50% do his own thing.

Exactly. If the Stepps can score. Let them. Theres no use of sharing the rock when nobody else can do anything with it.

The PG does run the team, not the high scorer of the game, thats called SG. Stepp is not a good PG.

But that is not the case. Lil' Stepp can omly hit a wide open three ,maybe, Its nice when he does . There are other players that can shoot beside Stepps . Clark Srepp is a good player but he will never play point anywhere else.

He is not a point guard to start with. A point guard sets up plays for other players. They don't talke all the shotds theirselves.

Yeah, you would just need 2 players . That would cut down on overhead and you could hire another Stepp.

Of course it is due to the coaching.

OMG... are you suggesting that Clint is better than Tate??? If you are, you need help.
#27
Clint is about as good as Gary.

It seems like I've heard a lot of arhuing, but that wsasn't what i wanted this thread to be. I just wanted ot know the facts if there was fallout or not. It seems like everyone is saying there was one, and it was over the Stepps seeing the ball to much.
#29
i think they need to get their act together

I agree with you on lil Stepp. Clint didn't anything in the KCC game when KCC got a hand in his face.
