I'm real proud of the girls, Lawrence County really have been a better team than their records might show and they have really came to play in the last week of the season or so.

Played a very tough game with us in the 1st half, we only led by 2. But Coach Newsome really fired up the girls at the half and they responded and put Lawrence County away in the 2nd half to the tune of a 16 point victory 57-41.

Now comes the 15th Region Tournament and our girls play in the 1st game tomorrow evening @ 6:30 against Betsy Layne.
