Which high schools are considered as Mountain teams ?

It would be close to impossible to name them all, and it also depends on what class you are talking about....

On this site, basically everyone in the 14th & 15th Region in Basketball are Mountain teams in Football.

I hear alot about the mountain teams, and mostly I understand that it mostly refers to eastern Ky. teams, then I read that Somerset is thrown into the mix. I was just wondering what the criteria was. I know that Somerset is or was 1a team from Pulaski Co. and I was wondering if the other 2 high schools in Pulaski Co.(3a) could possibly be mountaim also. I do Know that Southwestern and Pulaski get better coverage on the Mountain News than they anywhere else.:Thumbs:

Somerset, Southwestern, and Pulaski Co. are mountain teams.
