where is the best vacation spot in the US?...i want to put emphasis on the US...dont say mexico or australia....where is the best INSIDE the us?
for me, my favorite place to vacation was DEFINALTEY Vegas

Vegas is really a dump except for the hotels. Hollywood is also a dump. Except for certain parts. But it is interesting to see. L.A. is ok if ya want to put upwith some crazy traffic. San Diego is a nice place. For Vacation in the U.S. I would go with L.A. 2 hrs north you can snowboard, 2-3 hrs south, you can be in mexico. 20-45 minutes west you can be at the beach, Venice, Long Beach, or Santa Monica, then about 5-6 hrs east you can be in Vegas.

well, i have been all over the US while playing basketball for the marines... but the sad part is, we got to go everywhere but see nothing... went to a base, played a game, then went back to either our base or another one. Local vacations I look forward to every year, is going to Ky Kingdom in L-ville, then booking south to mammoth cave. nice family trip... if only i had a family now LOL

I agree with you dirty I have been to quite a few places but I think i would rather just be in Tenn. out on the lake relaxing I love it down there great place it is

well...I went to key west fl, very nice. You could do anything you really wanted too. The bars are outside on the street. I like mrytle beach as well. Im going on a cruise here soon so hopefully my experience will be a good one. I also like clearwater florida. I agree peter, tenn. is very fun place as well...I like to rent out a log cabin for a weekend and get away from it all.
