Big time district match up. Wayne has been on fire here lately, Rock has been good but could be better. With how last years playoff played out, this game has been circled for a long time.

In all honestly Rockcastle had/should have won last season playoff game, and basically gave it away. Rock returns everyone from that team but Wayne has also muchly improved. Rockcastle has had this game circled since last November. I think rock has the team to win, but players and coaches just got to want it more then Wayne and eliminate there mistakes. It's going to have to be a full team effort because Wayne is for real.

Yes, when Somerset controls the whole game but the last quarter with like 6 or 7 minutes left throws 2 interceptions and fumbles it in the red zone, then Rock has 19 unanswered points in like 5 minutes. Yes I call that lucky, because if somerset would have played anything like they did the first 3 and a half quarters it would be very much different. Somerset should have won that game, and Wayne is a lot better than somerset.

Rockcastle County has their best team in past 5-6 years maybe Parkey's best, while Wayne County has shown signs of being the region favorite again. No question about the playoff game was Rock's to lose, which they did, but I get the feeling Wayne has circled the date as well. You win the game and all you hear for 10-11 months was Rock lost it, well I agree that Rock made some mistakes, but as somebody that has watched almost every game of the Thompson Era that wasn't Wayne's best effort by any means. This I know for sure Friday should be a good game, but you can compare scores or whatever you want the scoreboard doesn't and will not lie. Rock should be angry and hungry, but 11 months of hearing about Rock, Rock, Rock......I suggest my Cards might show up angry and hungry as well. Good Luck and for some strange reason I think these two teams just might see each other again.
