Boyd County drops to 3-2 on the season and 0-1 in the district.



Boyd County, keep your heads up. JC is a tough out. Take care of business with wins over Rowan County and East Carter and you are in the playoffs.

Boyd County
21 rushes for only 12 yards.
3/13 passing for 6 yards (1 INT.)
34 total plays for 18 yards.
Zero earned 1st downs and Boyd County ran no plays in JC territory.

Johnson Central
36 rushes for 340 yards, 6 TD's.
10 for 10 Passing for 120 yards. 2 TD's.
46 total plays for 460 yards and 8 TD's.
JC had zero turnovers and only punted 1 time all game.

340 yds rushing and 10-10 passing! WOW! That's impressive! Congrats Boys! 5-0! Keep it Roll'n! Football in Johnson county a combined 11-0 for 2016! Not bad! One snap at a time!

Another big win for the Eagles, against the team a lot of people thought will finish 2nd in that district. 10-10 passing is the stat that really sticks out the most. That makes an already dangerous team even more potent. Congrats JC
