Lafayette is the team to beat. I know the State Championship runs through the Big 3, but Lafayette is even better than last year. Their offense will dominate their regular season competition. The Lafayette/Male scrimmage tonight just might be the best game of the 2016 season until the Playoffs start.

No way Lafayette is the team to beat. QB Walker Wood had off season throwing shoulder surgery and hasn't seen any throwing action at all during summer and fall camp. They are going with a lineman size QB for the scrimmage vs Male. Wood's surgery will hinder their passing offense while his injury heels up, but Wood is a dual threat so perhaps his legs can put up some numbers.

Lafayette was up on Male in the 3rd qtr 21 to 7 in their scrimmage. SK was all over X 21 to 7 also.
