South was up 32-31 at half. Back and forth 2nd half south still had lead with 5 min to go. Couldn't hold on

South is a good team. They have good guards and 3 good posts. This was a game that Green just took over and South didn't have an answer for her. Everyone needs to remember how young she is. She gets a lot of publicity but she is just a sophomore. She has some lapses but these lapses are getting fewer and fewer. It will be scary how good she is when she is a senior. As she gets stronger she wil be really hard to handle. Yesterday was a glimpse into the future. She dominated a game that the other team had a good game plan to stop her. Their coach had scouted HC and knew what we were trying do but still couldn't contain Green. The future is bright for HC.

People talk about teams being young, but no one is as young as Harlan County with three sophomores and two freshmen starting and no seniors on the roster.

South has one sr on the roster. She just started playing this year and does not get in any games. Souths top 10 kids are 2 8th graders 2 freshman. 4 soph and 2 jrs

I think they'll be in the top 3 to 5 next year.
