I heard Whitley County's Rice wasn't cleared to return to full practices till early October. Prob why he's perceived as maybe slowing down the team...not in full swing of things yet. We've had several players come off injury and it takes a while to get them back in shape. his injury sidelined him from his entire AAU season too...missed seeing him play. Wish him to best of luck on his recovery. He's a good kid.
