Eastern Kentucky University’s Dy’Shawn Mobley was chosen as the Ohio Valley Conference Preseason Offensive Player of the Year by the league’s head coaches and media relations contacts. Four Colonels were chosen Preseason All-OVC and EKU was picked to place third in the preseason poll.
