SV will be tough to beat in region.

SV should be the favorite to take their 3rd straight regional crown. But then, they should have won the All-A region with ease, and that didn't happen either.

If you want the truth, they shouldn't have even lost a single game within the region this year. But they did, losing an inexplicable game to Prestonsburg in the first round of the All-A, and then another puzzling loss to Sheldon Clark on their own home court.

You really don't know what you're going to get with Valley. They could win it, or they could get knocked out in the first round. We'll see.

Mullins was out with knee injury for the prestonsburg game and had her worst game of the year when they played SC. Still no excuse, especially with the PBurg game. They should have won in double digits easily with or without Mullins and even without additional starters.

Was glad to see Sr S Honaker have such a powerful game. IMO it was her that made the difference.
