Last year I was yelling just as loud as anyone to "GET RID OF BROOKS!" But I must admitt after a decent season (beating the teams we were supposed to and Georgia) I have to say that Brooks saying of the last couple of years may be true. He used to continually say, "We're almost there." Maybe we've arrived? I dont know, but I hope so. All I'm saying is now that Brooks is getting "his" players into the system I think we should back off for a little while. If anyone should go I think it should be Archer.
So what do you all think? Brooks stay or go?

I think he stays. The offense has came around and most of the key players will be returning. The defense still needs alot of help but I think its getting better.

I hope it gets better! I'm sure it can, and I'm very much looking forward to next season. I even hope that a few weeks off before our bowl game will help defensively. I also hope Burton decides to stay.

I think he should stay, because he is turning this program around

Rick Brooks stays IMO. Mike Archer should go, and I think he will. UK has a very brite future for the Cats.

The way they coached today, they all should stay! Archer done a TREMENDOUS job with the D! Brooks has took a team IMO that in all honesty should have won 3-4 games to 7 wins. Great Job Coach Brooks and they are only going to get better!

I've been a Brooks critic the past 2 years, but he has done a good job this season they still need a better defense to compete in the SEC. With their improvement this season I think he should be given contract extension. So what goes good with Crow!

Yeah he did get a 2-year contract extension just a few weeks to about a month ago. But yeah Brooks has really turned this program around this season and has turned alot of heads as well. No one would have thought UK would be playing Tennessee in the last game of the season and actually have a shot at 2ns place in the SEC East if they would have won today! There offense is a juggernaut and that also surprised alot of people this year. Woodson was the 3rd QB in UK history to throw for over 3,000 yards in a season and Keenan Burton was the 3rd or 4th WR in UK history to have over 1,000 yards receiving in a season! Flat out amazing the numbers they have put up this season. And what is there to say about the Defense, they have big and talented players but it seems like they cant make the big plays when needed and are always losing the battle within the trenches. Looking very forward to seeing UK in whatever bowl game that they play in and next season as well!

Keep On' Keepin On' RICH! Now you have your fans behind you! Program really close to a top 5 SEC team.

that is exactly right..this team is still fighting to get over the hump since the probation, and he took a team with the talent level of a 4 win team and got seven out of them, and a third place SEC East finish. When you can go 4-4 in THE TOUGHEST FOOTBALL CONFERENCE in America, THATS saying something. The D will be fine, the talent hasnt caught up to the offense's just yet, but they played well against UT..

ive been a Brooks supporter from the beginning when everyone said no i said yes when everyone said give him the boot i said give him time...and you know what now ppl want him to stay ppl see that he is the real deal...all we had to do was give him time to clean up the mess that former coaches had made
