The Most Talented Person You've Seen
#1
Sitting here watching old Overhaulin episodes. I know this could encompass multitudes of different subjects , but IMO, Chip Foose, in the field he is in, has to be the most talented individual I have ever seen.

Most talented person as of right now for me is Brandon Miller.
He runs a Crossfit gym, me and him started playing in basketball leagues at the age of 19-20. He was overweight. Felt like overnight he transformed into a udonis.
He's super athletic now, probably the most in shape person in Perry County.
But the biggest reason I think he's the most talented is simply because he's so passionate about what he does and wants to pass it on.
I'm currently in crossfit, I've always been in athletics.. And I have to say its the hardest stuff I've ever been through.

Is that something along the line of P90X?

Crossfit is more based off of real world activities. Throwing sandbags, flipping tires, pushing loaded wheelbarrows. Many other things but they vary widely from the traditional weighlifting or cardio activities out there.

Spot on and very challenging. Unfortunately my back and knees prevent me from taking the crossfit route.

Blackcat is one of the many people that have a picture of me in the corner of their mirror.

Is this a competition thing?...If so, it kinda sounds like some of the old "world's strongest man" type events they used to...Carrying refrigerators, throwing logs, and other non conventional stuff.

My gut and eating habits prevent me from doing it, or quite frankly from ever wanting to.

I think there are competitions out there but it's more for the people out there that want exercise that is something different than the norm of treadmill and free weights.

There are competitions. Nothing like worlds strongest man.
These people are fit.. Not Brock Lesnar big, but can run fast, jump high, lift weights etc.
Lets just say my first day at Crossfit, I didn't finish the entire workout.
I actually almost passed out. But it's a whole nother* level of fitness.
Also, had trouble walking for a few days.

There's only one thing I can think of that I would want to cause "having trouble walking after a workout," and only my wife and I would share in that activity...
