I've been asking around about teams in the 8th region and the only one that seems to be a mystery to people is the Anderson County Bearcats. Why is this? Does anyone know anything about this team? All I can seem to get out of people is that they are at a loss for PG after losing Daniel Drury last season & that they seem to have an upcoming star in C.J. Penny.

Anderson County has suprised many teams throughout the 8th region this year. Eventhough Anderson lost many players last year they have still made their voices heard. Last night they beat Shelby County at Shelby 65-60. This was the first time that Shelby has lost on their floor in the district tournament in over 30 years.
