Listen to this one on the radio 107.3 Dave in Burley do a great job announcing games. Sound like it was a very physical ball game congrats to coach Haddix on your first win as a redhead

Corbin played much more physical tonight, especially defensively. I'm not sure who won the MVP for Corbin, but it should have been Lambert in my opinion, with Hampton and Cima being a close second.

Congrats to The Hounds!!! The Hounds, made the plays when they had to. The Red Dawgs D made it tough to maintain an effective running game. Hard to block 9 in the box. Hopeful My Warriors Get healthy and continue the upward trend with this young team. Our Coaches had a game plan they wanted to stay with,waited a little to long to open it up maybe. Again ,Congrats to The Red Dawg Nation we"ll be pulling for you guy's...

You could tell that Corbin had worked on their tackling fundamentals in practice this week as it was so much improved. Now if the receivers and backs will improve their blocking, you might see Corbin turn some of those small gains into large ones.

Not only should Southwestern fans be proud of the way their team played, they should be even more proud of the way their team acted after the game. Class act. I'll be cheering for them the rest of the year

You are nuts. Bell will humiliate you guys. I am a SW fan and you all were very lucky to get a win against a sub par 5A school. Im not sure you can even beat Wayne on down year for them.

You also said corbin wasnt even in the same claas as SW. SW will be a solid 5A team. Like i said in the predictions leave the football talk to the big boys that actually understand the game.

I think its Somerset whos in rebuild mode. SW has good athletes and one of the best coaches in the state. Don't act like your down now just because you lost.

Pulaski owns that county right now and I can understand the frustration, but topnotch's comment isn't totally off base.
Corbins district is way down right now, and there non district opponents are not much to look at.
A sweep is very possible. As long as they get by Bell, I think it can happen.

Don't count on it, I will take PC'S freshmen and sophomores over SW'S any day. They started 5 freshmen or sophomores offensively and 5 defensively in the game against Corbin (10 different kids). So to say SW will own the county is completely false. There will also be 3 to 4 more freshmen or sophomores that get big varsity minutes when they get healthy. I will put my money on PC for at least 3 more years. Everyone wants to get on the Coach French bandwagon but don't forget PC has a pretty good coach also.
