If both teams win their first 3 games SF will play Dorton so I predict thats where they will get beat.

This is the biggest tournament in the state. 54 Middle School teams last year they're were 48 and Dorton came in 4th. I think Virgie and Dorton have good shots in it this season as well. Virgie has the size and experience to possibly win the thing. Of the 54 teams most are elite programs. It is really a nice tournament.

If they win their first three games South Floyd can play Dorton and if they were to get by Dorton (which I doubt) then they would play Virgie. Tough row to hoe for the Raiders.

no they have played a tough schedule this season oin the confrence and went undefeted and the non-cofrence games they were tough also. so i think that sf can handle the pressure.

This is a good tournament for middle school players, gives them a chance to play against some of the best schools in the state. It is an invitation only tourney and most teams have either won county, section, district or city tournaments. It has been around for at least 4-5 years. I have watched games at this tournament for that long because it usually goes on during the HS Boys State tourney in Lex. I would like to see all mountain schools do well there but personally don't think SF will win the first game. Don't get me wrong SF is a very good team but I do not think they have played the level of competition that is at this tourney all year.

i dont see how it would be disappointing, no one thought at the start of the year they would be any good at all, picked to finish 3rd or 4th... then to get to go to it is a good season. Not to menion winning every conference and tourney game season... now it is time for them to have fun and enjoy the game again.

i think it should be us against the rest of the state, and not against us and us.... lets let all the mountian teams give a good showing and might open some eyes in the big cities
