The Black Bears repeat as 52 District champs with a score of 8-6 over Middlesboro.

Really a great game, HC would take a lead and the Jackets didnt quit and would battle back. Leisge battled and got the order in the 7th, with Brock on deck. Great game and the kids played hard on both sides.

Very competitive game, several mistakes made, some mental some physical, but both teams competeted with a lot of fight and heart IMO. This game was not only a District Chammpionship game, but an intense rivalry game! Moving forward hopefully both teams will relax and execute fundamentals better in the Regional Tournament. Good luck to both squads next week!
