Paintsville is the team you better not sleep on. Trimble starting his 4th year. Daniels capable of 25+. Kash Daniels back. Nobody in the Region like him. 6'3ish 300lb plus 500lb dead lift. Only a Soph and physical as heck as a Frosh. Kent Phelps back. Lock down defender. Matt Miller back 6'5. Paintsville will be a completely different team.
JCentral has owned the Region last 3 years. Blair, Gullet+Salyers all have a ton of potential+skill.
Lawrence if all kids stay will have 5 3 year starters.
If I had to pick today SC would be 4th in their own District. Don't understand why kids would transfer there. They don't even have a school right now. I do like their coach and the people there.

gotta love the paintsville parents.....just like lawrence co, they suffer from unrealistic expectations....when was the last time paintsville made it out of the district? nuff said.....and they can barely score 25 a game as a team let alone any one of their players.....paintsville is not and will not be relevant next year....Take that to the bank....

lol sc has 2 of the top players in the region who can get 25 on any night and they return everybody from last years team who smoked paintsville twice. not to mention the best coach in the region. im surprised that paintsville fans have became this unrealistic after some of the teams they had many yrs ago. only way paintsville gets back is if they bring in some new players. sorry paintsville fans but thats the truth.

what doesn't make sense? fact that we have a 5 team district? or fact that others have a 3 team district? sheldon clark or magoffin should have agreed to move to the 60th. they didn't. us moving to a district with 3 teams makes perfect sense giving equal districts throughout. would expect you to understand logic.

Lawrence was last team in so they should be the one to move to another district. Easier in the 60th for all of the LC teams.

Not sleeping on Paintsville, they have a great coach and he will get the most out of what he's got. They will have trouble scoring unless they get turnovers and lay ups and the players you think will make a difference .....they still can't score...couldn't in middle school and couldn't as freshmen...... Paintsville and MaGoffin will battle it out for the 3rd seed.
