In the semi-finals of the winner's bracket of the Legacy Nissan Shootout, the Cordia Lions will take on the South Laurel Cardinals.

Cordia advanced after beating Covington Scott 88-68 in the first round, while South Laurel outlasted East Jessamine 65-62.

From this score, it appears Cordia better get all there transfers happy and paid up before they can make noise against others.

My point is I don't think Cordia is the best there either. Didn't Breathitt beat Clay, and they are not the class of the 14th. I just think they are much better.

True. But, I think the 14th is really top heavy. That's usually the case with all regions, but the 13 has a few teams that could knock off any 14th teams on a given night.

The 13th region is the weakest region in the state. No way the 13th wins a game in rupp.
