1. Scott County- Cardinals are clearly the class of Central KY as they make a statement by crushing Lafayette

2. Boyle County- Rebels look stout in their opener while teams ahead of them struggle out the gate

3. LexCath- They were dominated...but they were dominated by possibly the best team in KY

4. Franklin County- Even post Timmons the Fliers continue to light up the scoreboard

5. Henry Clay- The Blue Devils were idle and get the benefit of the doubt at least temporarily as Lafayette licks their wounds

Just Missing:
Lafayette- Generals got spanked by Scott County, but still carry a big stick in Fayette County

Bourbon County- Colonels are stacked with experienced talent..but their schedule may not give them a chance to crack the Top 5

Bryan Station- Defenders have the athletes.. will that translate?
