How are the cougars looking this year

The cougars have been sneaking up on teams the last couple of years and has had some impressive wins under the direction of Brian Turner. This year will be a little different, they are expected to win and a lot of people have them been a front runner for a district title . I'm interested in how they respond to this because they have been an under dog for a long time.

I would say the Cougars are going to look pretty good this year... they have a new QB who knows everything there is to know about how the Double Wing is played... he is quoted as being a "General" on the field.. They are also returning "District Player of the Year" in Thornsberry and 2 all -area players in J.T. Brown and Jared Short. Add that to returning players like, N.Adams, H.Adams,(who seems to have become a "coach on the field" on defense) D.Banks, K.Smith, C. Turner, Collins and others and I think this team will be one to watch.
