Louisville Male
#1
I followed freshman football fairly close last year in the Louisville Metro area. There was a stand out freshman team at Male High school, looked as if the tradition of Male has circled back around. Went undefeated and this includes large margin of victories.

Resume (9-0):
PRP 50-14
Butler 44-12
Central 41-22
Central Hardin 33-18
Eastern 63-0
Ballard 54-0
St. X 20-6
Trinity 28-10
Manual 50-0

(Scores from maxpreps.com)

Not sure what everyone thinks about how freshman teams pan out to be as varsity, but there has to be a relation somewhere. Is Male high school on the rise???

its all about keeping the team together and teaching them along the way (im a genius)

i know alot of people in louisville think this will be St. Xavier's year with Trinity losing a lot of talent. i also know St.X loses a good amount of talent after this class, so maybe Male is on it's way back

One thing is certain. We will know how Male stacks up during the regular season since they share the same district with both GREEN TEAMS. Male will need to add another strong group this fall to aid in their climb back to the top.
