The talk backstage at WWEâs TV tapings is that the Undertakerâs status for WrestleMania 29 is uncertain.
There were reports several months ago that the Undertaker told WWE he would be able to wrestle at the show and named CM Punk as the man he wanted to defend his streak against.
As of this week, it sounds like the Undertakerâs badly damaged hip, which was worsened last year during his Hell in a Cell match at WrestleMania, is still a major issue.
This is not the first time that the Undertakerâs health has put his WrestleMania match in jeopardy. If he decides against wrestling this year, there will need to be changes made to several planned WrestleMania matches.

I love The Undertaker but he just needs to retire

Ah, that would really hurt the Wrestlemania card without The Undertaker.
I'm curious if indeed he doesn't decide to compete, what they plan on doing with CM Punk since it's been long rumored that was man that was going after "The Streak" this year.

^ I don't agree with that. With the Rock as champion, he will draw more interest to this WM than anyone else on the roster. As long as they keep the title on him, he will do more over the next few months than what Cena and Punk have done in the media in the last five years. Rock is finished with his movie commitments for almost a year, which also means that he could shock everyone and keep the title at WM!
In the other thread, I said I hope to see Taker, if he is going to wrestle, be the one to come out and save Vince Monday. I have no interest in HHH. But, the absolute BEST, would be for no Taker and no HHH. Let it be Ryback who comes out to save the day. The job of part-timers like Brock is to put guys over and make them into stars. What better rub than for Ryback get a win over Brock! That would make Ryback more legitimate and would be the best thing for the business than seeing Taker against anyone!
