I agree with the 14th regional rating by Louisville Courier Journal, But with the state rating I disagree with Lafayette being that high and also Scott,Co that high, Fairdale and Southwestern being in the top 25. I believe madison, Cent will be the team to beat in the 11th and should be in the top 4. Hazard better than Fairdale Southwestern Lafayette. And probably so is Knott County. Perry is better than southwestern but the other 2 probably not.

Collins in @ #18 but they defeated #11 Butler and #14. #9 Hopkinsville only beat Collins by 1. Even with Collins laying an "egg" at Anderson, I believe they should be above Butler and St. X.

By these rankings you could rank the strength of each region from top to bottom by averaging each teams numerical rating. The regions rank out in the following order.

#1- Region 6 (76.11)
#2- Region 11 (76.05)
#3- Region 7 (71.47)
#4- Region 9 (71.01)
#5- Region 8 (67.22)
#6- Region 4 (66.35)
#7- Region 5 (64.43)
#8- Region 12 (64.06)
#9- Region 2 (61.79)
#10- Region 10 (60.28)
#11- Region 16 (58.93)
#12- Region 14 (58.92)
#13- Region 13 (58.72)
#14- Region 3 (58.02)
#15- Region 1 (57.71)
#16- Region 15 (53.88)

Don't worry. I didn't waste all day averaging. It's simple to cut and paste in an Excel spreadsheet and let the computer do the math.
