Are any teams going to any lifting competitions and what schools are doing them? I remember going to a few in high school and didn't know if any schools still do them.

I wish Russell was. Not that they would do well but mainly because I think its good for the team and also I like it. lol

Russell County has cmpeted in a memorial weight lifting competition at Monroe County the last 2 or 3 yrs.

Raceland hosts a great weightlifting competition in March. It's a success every year.
