East Ridge led most of the game. Sheldon Clark would not give up and played better when it counted and made foul shots down the strecth!

East Ridge looks to be struggling quite a but early this season.. I saw them play against Haysi the first game of the year & seen them play last night VS Sheldon Clark. Looks like they miss the 2 seniors from last year & maybe Kasongo a little bit. I am not a fan of Coach Randy McCoy at all, seems like all he does is scream at the boys & doesn't run any plays, except the Flex & Americas Play for the Miller kid. Kinda old school plays, but he is an older Coach so you get what u get. I guess we should start bashing him like a lot of us bashed LaMaster last year.

That's not exactly true what you say about Coach McCoy. I know from what I've saw, and what some of the players tell me. Coach McCoy yes will scream at you, but he will explain what he wants you to do in a coaching manner. I've seen them pratice, and play every game except for last night. They do run a lot of plays. They run a lot of Flex, and motion offense.

Coach Smith can coach. I said on here that when Sheldon Clark landed him that the Cards upgraded . Remember this team lost there scoring punch from last year. Chase Parsley the soph point guard and the 8th grader Dylan James impressed me. Plus they have the veteran in sr Chase Kirk back. I don't know how many games that they will win this season but Coach Smith has a high school record of 127-35.
